Refund Policy

We at Airlines Group Travel provide group airline tickets that are cancellable subject to conditions applied. As per the fare rules of the airlines, you may be eligible for a refund. Our service fees inclusive of the original travel booking are non-refundable. 

Note: We are unable to offer an exact timeline for how long it may take for a refund request to be processed. All refund requests are handled in a consecutive format. Once you have inquired, our customer service experts address your cancellation request - you will receive an email statement that your raised request has been received. This statement does not spontaneously qualify you for a refund. This only offers you an acknowledgment of your request and delivers you with a tracking number. 

Upon acceptance of your request, we will work with the airlines to produce a waiver as per the fare rules and notify you of the conclusion. 

Please note that we are reliant on the airlines for receiving the requested refunds. Once the refund has been accepted by the airlines, it may take some extra time for this to process. This entire process may take 60-90 days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement.
