Agreed Fare for EL AL Group Booking

• Agreed Fare It is hereby made clear that this Group Proposal does not represent a confirmation of the distribution of group seats, but rather the currently proposed fare. A fresh request should be submitted if the status of the flight changes during the group proposal's period of validity in a way that alters the availability of seats.

• The agreed-upon fare won't be guaranteed until EL AL confirms the agent's group reservation.

• Payment must be made in accordance with EL AL's standard payment policies.

• Payment Method: Deposits and full payments can be made via bank transfer or through the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan ("BSP").

Penalties or Group Size Modifications for EL AL Group Reservations

Any increase in the number of the Group necessitates confirmation of the increased space allotted and the newly Agreed Fare. The agreed-upon fare will no longer be valid if there are fewer than 10 people, and the travel agent will be required to rebook at a published fare.

Case 3: PTD 0-14 days Note: 100% will be paid in any scenario. Agreed Fare + carrier imposed surcharge (but excluding Taxes / Fees / Charges and Base Commission).

This is to explain that the arrangement in section 7 regarding the cancellation policy, as well as the arrangements regarding changes in size and weight, supersede any other arrangement, including the arrangement established in the Consumer Protection Law - 1981 and the regulations thereunder.

EL AL group travel always allow variations

• Group itinerary deviations or splits, such as route, date, or flight schedule, are authorized for up to 20% of the group number.

• Deviations are allowed as long as the varied passenger travels on at least one identical sector with the main Group.

• The deviations are subject to seat class availability at the time of rebooking, as well as any applicable fare increases. In no case may the fare be less than the Agreed Fare.

EL AL is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of its failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, direct or indirect losses in the following categories:

(a) loss of income or revenue;

(b) Loss of business; or

(c) Loss of expected savings.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question about its existence, validity, or termination (a "Claim"), shall be brought to the Travel Agency's and EL AL's V.P. commerce's attention first to achieve an amicable settlement.

If the parties cannot agree, the matter should be referred to the appropriate court in Tel Aviv, Israel, which has exclusive jurisdiction.

All travel on an El Al flight is governed by a contract of carriage with El Al. The contract of carriage is governed by:

(i) I the terms of the ticket or the passenger Itinerary Receipt;

(ii) Any applicable tariffs;

(iii) El Al's General Conditions of Carriage (which include details of El Al's liability for damage for a flight operated by El Al); and

(iv) El Al's rules.
